Taught by Frances Barbour

Bicycle Commuting 101Get ready for Bike to Work Day on May 17, 2007, and for warm-weather bicycle commuting. This adult-oriented workshop will help those who want to use a bike for local errands, commuting, or cycling with children to school. Learn about safety, visibility, route planning, appropriate clothing and simple bike accessories – all to make your commute rides more enjoyable. Workshop occurs entirely indoors. Ages 15 to adult. Cost is $20 per person. Class size is limited to 25.

“Customized Workshop” option: Can’t make the April 26 workshop? Organize a group of eight people to have a workshop for you and your friends. We'll work with you to pick a place, date and time that accommodates all your participants. Cost is $20 per person.

To set up a workshop, contact Jo Ann Richards at 415-456-3469 x7# or joann@marinbike.org.

Workshop is held entirely outdoors. Ages 9 to adult. Cost is $10 per person or $20 per family (up to 2 adults/2 children).
