Bridge The Bay Day

Bridge The Bay is a day-long event on Saturday, April 23. It includes a bike ride across the Richmond- San Rafael Bridge and back. Ending at Pickleweed Park in the Canal neighborhood for an Earth Day celebration. A professional street painter will lead a community mural. And the event will feature free bike tune-ups from The Bike Mobile, games, food, and more.

The purpose of Bridge The Bay Day is to support and inspire high school student’s climate activism. And to educate about the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on our neighboring communities. The focus is on carbon-free active transportation and equitable rights to clean air.
