Family Biking Live! Before Movies on the Green in Novato

Before the movie join Safe Routes to Schools on a Pedal Playground with family and friends! Ride your bike or scooter a chalked arrangement of connected streets with roadway features that are free of motorized vehicles. It is a fun space for new riders to develop their bike handling skills and develop confidence as they practice navigating streets, intersections and crosswalks in a controlled environment.

Taught by Safe Routes to Schools instructors. Each rider must come with a good, working bicycle and helmet to participate. Students must be accompanied by an adult to ride.

This event is presented by the Marin County Bicycle Coalition and Safe Routes to Schools Marin in partnership with Novato Parks and Recreation.
