MCBC Local Teams Meeting September 2024

Join the MCBC Local Teams Monthly Meeting on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Each month, we’ll welcome a special guest speaker followed by breakout groups in each MCBC Local Team. This month, the MCBC Local Teams Meeting is on Monday, September 23, 2024.

September’s Trainer Talk will be given by the group Traffic Violence Rapid Response of Oakland. TVRR has worked to draw attention to the tragedy of traffic violence by holding vigils for people killed in car crashes and engaging in direct outreach to city council members. This effort has paid off, with critical protected bikeways moving forward with those council members’ support. Listen to them share what has worked to change the minds of elected leaders.
