Ride with Us! Join us for a Full Moon ride over the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy the views and the moon rising, right around 8:00 p.m. It should make for a beautiful show!

This medium-paced, moderate difficulty ride will start at the  SMART San Rafael Station. We’ll cruise along a combination of bike path and bike lane as we leave downtown, and go up and over the RSR Bridge via the bridge’s bike/walk path. After taking in the moon rising, we’ll then return the same way back to the SMART San Rafael Station. The ride leaders are certified by the League of American Bicyclists instructors. The ride is made possible by funding from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC). The official MTC ride will end once we return to the SMART San Rafael Station.

All adults are welcome to participate, and any youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All riders must wear a helmet and sign a liability waiver.  Please ride with a white headlight and red tail light, as the ride will be ending after sunset. A working bicycle, lights, and a helmet are required for participation.
