How It Works:
- Pay your fine in full and obtain your docket/case number before attending.
- Bring a copy of your citation to class for inclusion on your Certificate of Attendance.
- Complete the class to qualify for a partial refund (refund amount varies).
Please note: Citations for municipal code violations (like riding on the sidewalk) or off-road infractions are not eligible for fee reduction unless they fall under California Vehicle Code violations.
Important Registration Policies
- Choose your attendance date carefully; no refunds will be issued within five days of the class unless canceled due to low registration.
- If the session is canceled, you’ll receive an email notification 48 hours in advance.
