Your Weekend Ride! Challenge Yourself With A Classic West Marin Route This Saturday

Let experienced riders from Marin Cyclists and MCBC show you a classic west Marin road route this Saturday. We’ll be rolling west towards the open skies and climbing challenges – a perfect way to get your legs in shape for the Marin Century later this year. All levels are welcome, and it’s a perfect time to learn what riding riches abound!

All levels are welcome – choose from two route options!

Two distances are available: a 51 mile option with the famous Wilson Hill Climb that loops out toward Middle Two Rock, and a 36 mile route which comes into Petaluma via Chilleno Valley Road (cue sheets are downloadable from those map links).

Whichever way you go, we’ll return using the new pathway near Olompali and other new additions to the Novato routes.

We’ll get a sneak peak of Sports Basement’s newest location in Novato – grabbing provide pre-ride snacks and electrolyte beverages for the ride as well as post-ride libations and snacks.

Note: Sports Basement will not officially be open at this time so please be sure to bring spare tubes and other ride necessities. Restrooms, water and Osmo will be available.
