Project Update: Current plan is to construct project in 2026-2027 and do additional bus stop and intersection improvements in 2028.

Benefits of the Project

After repaving Tiburon Boulevard, Caltrans will install separate bikeways on what is currently the shoulder of Tiburon Boulevard from US-101 to the Old Rail Trail, improving safety. Additionally, a one-block section of multiuse path will be installed between E. Strawberry Drive and Greenwood Cove Drive, where there is currently no sidewalk.

What You Can Do

Send an email to the Tiburon Town Council and the Belvedere City Council saying you support separated bike lanes on Tiburon Boulevard.
