Provide as many details as possible, including a physical description of the driver, the vehicle make and model, and full or partial license plate numbers.
FILE A POLICE REPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
An official report helps investigators follow up and keep the road safe for all users. Along with the information above, provide authorities with any video or images you may have.
