Cory’s Ride Fall 2024 Update
We continue our weekly after-school rides at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Academy in Sausalito/Marin City. Every Wednesday, we invite 6th through 8th-grade students for an afternoon filled with cycling, learning, and fun.

Sixteen enthusiastic students from Davidson Middle School and San Rafael High School have successfully graduated from the Summer Academy hosted by Next Generation Scholars. The culmination of this program was marked by the students completing the comprehensive Cory’s Ride classes, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for safe and enjoyable biking.
This summer, Cory’s Ride has joined forces with Next Generation Scholars’ Summer Academy to incorporate bicycling into the camp’s curriculum. Read on to learn more!

Kids are fully back in school and many are using their own powerful feet to get there. Traffic reduction is key to calmer, safer streets which encourages more families to walk and bike to schools, further reducing traffic.

This summer Cory’s Ride had the pleasure of joining hands with Play Marin to work with students from MLK Middle School. This partnership quickly evolved into a transformative summer program that built community connections beyond just riding bikes.
