Meet Rosemarie Gaglione

Rosemarie Gaglione joined Marin County as its first woman Director of Public Works in March of 2021. Rosemarie sat down with our Executive Director, Tarrell Kullaway, to discuss her vision for the Department of Public Works (DPW) and the role it can play helping to improve things for people who walk and bike in Marin.

The Merrydale Promenade

On Monday April 18, 2022 the San Rafael City Council will meet in-person for the first time in over two years at City Hall in Downtown San Rafael. On the agenda is a new pathway connection, long sought by Terra Linda residents and community organizations including WTB-TAM and MCBC. The pathway would connect Northgate Shopping Center at the intersection of Merrydale Road and Las Gallinas Avenue to the Marin Civic Center SMART station. Read on to learn about the Merrydale Promenade.
