On February 9, a group of 25 volunteers braved the cold, wet weather for the rare opportunity to dig fresh trail–and what will be the first bike-legal trail in Mt. Burdell Open Space Preserve. If you missed out, don’t fret; we’re heading out again on March 9.
The long-held vision for an off-road connection between the Pine Mountain / Kent Lake and Bon Tempe / Deer Park sides of the Mt. Tam Watershed is nearing reality, with bike access on Azalea Hill in sight. Join MCBC and fellow trail supporters on Tuesday, May 14, when the MMWD Directors consider project approval.
