Following closely on the heels of Azalea Hill’s recent approval, another 3 Gaps Trail Initiative project is primed to move forward. State Parks on July 17 confirmed that they will pursue a change-in-use for Easy Grade Trail, improving off-road bicycling connectivity on Mt. Tamalpais and moving us closer to the completion of a continuous bike-legal dirt route from Golden Gate Bridge to Pt. Reyes!

Marin Sanitary Service (MSS) is central Marin’s resource hauler providing curbside recycling, organics, and garbage service to residential and commercial businesses. With a recycling rate of 75%, MSS is a forerunner in their industry with a mission to protect the environment and goals of greenhouse gas reductions.
The future of this 5-year pilot will be decided next month at the March 20th meeting of the Bay Conservation and Development Commission. How they vote will determine whether or not people can ride across the bridge seven days a week or just three.
