Earth Day Marin invites people of all ages to a free community event on Sunday, April 23 – Earth Day 2023 from 1 – 5 p.m. at the Mill Valley Community Center.
Earth Day Marin is a free, family-friendly event featuring fun activities, art, music, youth and booths about climate action in a beautiful outdoor setting. We expect this to be Marin’s largest Earth Day event!
More than 50 booths hosted by green businesses and community groups will help participants build a more just and sustainable world. Come say hello to MCBC’s Reopen Alto Tunnel Local Team and learn about the Alto Tunnel Reboot Campaign. MCBC will also be hosting Valet Bike Parking at the event, so be sure to ride your bike!
Visitors of all ages and backgrounds will learn about climate actions such as: using clean energy, riding electric vehicles, eating well, living lightly, and building healthy communities.
Earth Day Marin is hosted by Green Change nonprofit climate action network, in partnership with Mill Valley Recreation, and with support from the County of Marin, City of Mill Valley, Marin Community Foundation, Rex Foundation, MCE Clean Energy, Outdoor Art Club, Sustainable Marin – and many more partners from across Marin and the Bay Area.
