Curated “Do it Yourself’ Dirt Fondo and Adventure Revival Training Rides

Join the Adventure and be entered into monthly drawings for prizes!

Just because we can’t ride together, doesn’t mean we can’t adventure together! While we are emphasizing the need to social distance and stay close to home, we still want to encourage you to get out and train for the upcoming Dirt Fondo and Adventure Revival Rides set for August and September!

We miss riding together, so let’s ride the same route and share our adventures. The Dirt Ramble is our solution for staying connected on long solo days. Each month, we will release a curated route highlighting some of Marin’s best trail riding, along with MCBC’s trail access accomplishments. If you want to participate but don’t live local to Marin, design your own route with similar distance and elevation gain to our route. We want to stay connected, no matter where we are located!

Who Can Participate?

Anyone! (we hope the series will encourage you to register for the Dirt Fondo and Adventure Revival!)

When?

Dirt Ramble Adventure #3:  July 22th to August 11th 2020

What’s the route?

The July ride, designed by Tom Boss, MCBC’s Off-Road and Events Director starts in San Geronimo and features 20 miles and 3,400 ft of climbing through West Marin, Bill’s Trail. If you aren’t local, make your own route that’s 20 miles long and at least 3,400 ft of climbing!

What do I get?

Completion of each route enters you into a monthly drawing for some awesome prizes from our sponsors! Complete all the routes and you’ll be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing!

How does it work?

You have 28 days to ride the monthly route. Do it solo, with your family, housemates, assuming you are following social distancing protocol by staying a minimum of 6 feet apart. That’s it! MCBC will review all the participants and randomly give prizes.

Bonus!
Take photos on your ride and share them on social media with hashtag #DirtRambleAdventure to be entered in a drawing for an Ortlieb Commuter Daypack!
