How to Order the Correct Size
Refer to the Castelli Sizing Fit Information page in the MCBC Shop. Especially for the jerseys, if you are near the edge of a size in any dimension, it’s probably a good idea to go UP one clothing size (i.e. order an XL instead of a L).
Castelli has supplied us with a “TEST FIT” clothing set to help confirm your correct size. MCBC sponsor Studio Velo in Mill Valley has graciously agreed to host this resource during the short pre-order window. Right now, there are size samples you can try on in the shop – just drop by and let them know you would like to test fit the MCBC gear.
Ordering, Getting Your Discount
All available styles and sizes are shown in the MCBC Shop. Simply click through, choose your items and then enter the coupon code PREORDER 2016 to receive your 25% pre-order discount.
Payment & Getting Your Gear
You’ll pay through the secure Paypal server using a credit card or your Paypal account. We’ll send confirmation of your pre-order via email. From the time our order goes to Castelli on 5/25, we anticipate 6-8 weeks until delivery. As soon as we receive the MCBC Gear, we’ll mail out your order, as well as contact anyone who chose to pick up their order at the MCBC offices in Fairfax.
Will there be more later?
On custom orders such as this, clothing manufacturers require minimum quantities to create the garments. Though we do plan on ordering additional stock for popular items, the best way to ensure you get the gear you want is to take advantage of this early order period. We have no way of knowing how quickly our stock will sell out.
In late March, MCBC joined MMWD staff on a walk of Liberty Gulch Trail to see what work remains to open the trail to hikers, bikers and equestrians in 2024.
