Biketoberfest Redux on Saturday, November 4th, The Show Must Go On!

Just hours after cancelling Biketoberfest on October 14 due to poor air quality, exhibitors, brewers, musicians, volunteers and ticket holders all started asking “When is the new date?!”

We sent out a quick straw poll and were surprised by how many were able to reschedule for November 4th, 2017. Only 2 brewers and a handful exhibitors are not able to return, and the bands are available and excited to play!

A Benefit for Victims of the North Bay Fires
MCBC and A4B will dedicate a portion of the proceeds to support our neighbors in the North Bay who were impacted by the fires and we will collect donations at the November 4th event as well.

Free rides leave Java Hut at 9:00 am
Road – Join MCBC Board President Mark Comin on a ride to Nicasio and back
Mountain – Tamarancho Timewarp Ride with Nick Fain and friends
Gravel – Mike’s Bikes will lead an ambitious mixed-surface ride from Fairfax to the coast and back

Free music kicks off just after noon!

A benefit for victims of the North Bay fires MCBC and A4B will dedicate a portion of the funds to support our neighbors to the north who were impacted by the fires. We will also be collecting donations at Biketoberfest for the North Bay Fire Relief Fund.

We are directing gifts to the North Bay Fire Relief Fund (click button above), which was created by the Press Democrat, Senator Mike McGuire and Redwood Credit Union to accept donations to aid relief efforts and assist victims of the fires. 100% of your tax-deductible donations will go directly to support those affected by the fires.

We will also be collecting donations at Biketoberfest so you can give then too and we’ll deliver all proceeds to the North Bay Fire Relief Fund.

As Marin County’s premier social bicycle event, Biketoberfest features live music, great food, e-bike test rides, group road and mountain bike rides on popular Marin routes, family activities, and dozens of bicycle, component, nutrition and athletic attire exhibitors. Plus 20 West Coast brewers serving 35 varieties of beer… It’s a great way to have fun while helping a good cause!

Biketoberfest Marin raises funds for the Marin County Bicycle Coalition (MCBC) and Access4Bikes (A4B) to support their work to expand Marin’s network of bike lanes, pathways, bridges, tunnels and trails. Held in Fairfax, this family-friendly event draws over 5,000 brew and bicycle enthusiasts from throughout Northern California.
