The San Anselmo Hub is the single busiest intersection in Marin County, with nearly 65,000 cars (and a very large number of bus riders and bicyclists) traveling through it every day. But it has many shortcomings. Participate in the Hub Transportation Study by attending upcoming community meetings and make your voice heard.
MCBC is working with a coalition of Sleepy Hollow residents, staff from Supervisor Katie Rice’s office, and the Marin County and San Anselmo Departments of Public Works to improve safety on Butterfield Road. Take the survey and make your voice heard.

Safe Routes to Schools is on track to break a new record: over 10,000 students will have taken its pedestrian and bicycle safety classes by June of 2022. On Monday, October 18th through Tuesday, October 19th, Marin County Parks will close a portion of the Mill Valley-Sausalito Pathway for resurfacing. As anyone who has ridden the pathway knows, the pavement is badly in need of repair, and we applaud the effort to smooth out the ride for cyclists.
