Alpine Dam Loop offers one of the most scenic rides in all of Marin, climbing through the Mt. Tam Watershed past lakes and through iconic redwood forests.
Meandering your way through a few of Marin County’s most lovely towns (Larkspur, Kentfield, Ross, Fairfax), on your way to some of the most fantastic climbs and epic scenery in southern Marin, the treasures and rewards of this ride are second to none.
Riding this loop counter-clockwise will provide a ride filled with majestic views, great climbs & descents, and most importantly, a safe finish down Panoramic Highway.
